Here are a couple of things to keep in mind:

• Filling out this form does not guarantee a booking.

• Allow up to 1-2 days for a response.

• If this is a photoshoot inquiry, FYI - I only shoot film photography.

• Studio rates are NOT included in my rate. They are an additional fee. If you have a studio set in stone, please say so below. 

• A non-refundable deposit will be required to lock in the photoshoot.

• Rates vary based on the type of photoshoot it is.
